JAKARTA, Sept.1 (JDN.id) – Indonesia secured one more gold from sepak takraw’s men’s quadrant event on Saturday in Asian Games 2018. It becomes the 31st gold for the host country.
Indonesia defeated Japan with 2-1 at Jakabaring Sport City, Palembang in South Sumatra.
At the first set, Indonesia’s team lost to Japanese players 15-21. At the second and third the host team succeeded in winning the sets.
Indonesia seized one gold, one silver and two bronze from sepak takraw in the 18th Asian Games, held in Jakarta, Palembang and several places in West Java.
