JAKARTA, July 19 (JDN.id) – Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission KPK is questioning Social Affairs Minister Idrus Marham on Thursday as a witness regarding a bribery case, linked to coal-fired power plant Riau-1.
Eni Maulani Saragih is a member of the House of Representatives with commission VII that deals with energy issues. She was caught red-handed receiving bribe from a private party involved in Riau-1 power plant.
follow url Riau-1 power plant project is handled by state-utility firm PLN’s subsidiary company Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PJB) dan PLN Batubara, which have 51 percent contribution.

Investigators from KPK raided Basyir’s house and PLN headquarters on Sunday and Monday respectively.
