click here JAKARTA, July 15 (JDN.id) – Indonesia’s anti-graft agency KPK seized state-utility firm PLN’s CEO Sofyan Basir’s house on Sunday, a spokesman said.
The seize was reportedly due to a bribery case for a coal-fired electricity power plant in Riau.
KPK earlier arrested Eni Maulani Saragih, a member of Indonesia’s House of Representatives who is with energy commission, on July 13.
enter site Saragih was allegedly receiving 500 million rupiah ($34,787) in the power plant project, according to KPK official.
The house raid is related to Saragih’s arrest, spokesman of KPK Febri Diansyah said.
“There was PLN role (in the power plant project),” he said.
KPK is still working on the case.
