go JAKARTA, July 9 (JDN.id) – Indonesian government launched its Online Single Submission (OSS) system on Monday, aimed to speed up the process of issuing a business permit and help central government and regional government improve their coordination.
go According to Nasution, the system has been developed since Oct. 2017. It is basically connecting services from several related government institutions such as the investment coordinating board, the justice and human rights ministry, assisted by the communication and informatics ministry.
source He said in the future the system will be led by the investment coordinating board (BKPM) permanently.
go to site Thomas Lembong, chief of BKPM, urged businessmen who have licenses to synchronize it with OSS system to get business license number (NIB).
see OSS promotes self-service process which also provides help desk, priority service, general investment consultation and business clinic, Lembong explained.
“Speed is the key. Speed of action and service. We must have such a mindset. Otherwise, do not talk about competitiveness,” Jokowi said last Friday as reported by the cabinet secretariat.
