follow JAKARTA, July 7 (JDN.id) – Belgium led with 2-1 defeating Brazil at FIFA 2018 World Cup at Kazan Arena on Friday night.
First goal for Belgium was an “own goal” when Vincent Kompany went near Brazialian post for a header, which hit off Fernadinho of Brazil and resulted a goal at minute 13th.
Still in the first half, the second goal for Belgium was made by Kevin De Bruyne.
Brazil’s performance escalated after Renato Augusto scored a goal for the team in the second half of the game. The team, however, missed more than ten opportunity shots.
Belgium will meet France at semi-final on July 10 at St. Petersburg.
