click JAKARTA, June 26 (JDN.id) – Publicly listed PT Intermedia Capital Tbk will not sell any of its stake in PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi to media holding company PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, known as Emtek, Intermedia’s chairman Anindya Novyan Bakrie said on Tuesday.
In early February, some local media including business daily newspaper Kontan and business-focused news portal CNBC Indonesia reported the Emtek group may acquire some stake at PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi.
The news came after Emtek Group’s expansion through its subsidiary to acquire a controlling stake (52 percent) in media holding company, PT Kapan Lagi Network (KLN), which runs a number of online media services. KLN will add to Emtek’s long list of digital arms.

He added that shareholders of Intermedia has approved a plan to distribute Rp 109 in dividends, which represent
19.96 percent of the company’s net income last year.
